Hi my names Josh I am currently an ee customer I have recently been offered an upgrade and I was sent the wrong phone I was told I would get the 11 pro max with no upfront cost 41 pound a month unlimited text and calls but you have sent me the wrong phone you sent me the se instead switch I was very disappointed about now I have sent that phone back now I am looking to get the 11 pro max for the same price can you help me I have found  great deal with other networks but I am a loyal customer and wish to stay with ee can you help me
