4gee mini wifi red signal light

Hi all, 

 

I upgraded my mobile wifi to the 4gee mini wifi which I connected yesterday and worked fine all day. Today I’ve gone to use it and it’s saying it’s connected but no signal and the red signal light is on continuously. I have tried to reset it, removed SIM card and access 192.168.1.1 but it won’t connect as there is no signal. 

Any ideas?

Do you have an EE phone, or know anyone who does? Are the phones working ok, do they have signal?

Thank you for your reply. I do have an EE mobile myself and it is work fine today. I checked for reported issues but nothing has been reported

Did you get a new SIM card with your upgrade, or you using the old SIM?

 

Are you able to try the SIM in your phone to see if this has a signal?
