Keep losing internet on mobile and desktop

What devices are you using?

My mobile is Moto C. Desktop is a Medion processor and Acer screen. I have
an EE router for phone and broadband

Which router do you have? Is it 4GEE/5GEE or home broadband?

James, it is a brightbox router, I think 4g. I have had it at least 3 years.

If it's a Bright Box, you are using Home Broadband.

 

Does your WiFi connection drop when you lose internet?
