Hi all
As the subject really. I signed up to EE to a SIM-only plan, and provided a PAC code from my previous network. The confirmation email says to just put the new SIM in to activate it and it will use the old number.
I've put the SIM card in today and it's using a different number.
What do I need to do to get it to switch over?
Thanks in advance
Luke

@Luke_E You need to allow up to 24 hours for your number to migrate across.
To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Ok thanks. Pity the email didn't point that out.
