Still waiting on my new IPad Pro. I placed the order online on the 07 November.

Do you have an order number starting with 00?

 

You can track your order in our order tracker.

My order starts with xkn, the order tracker states order confirmed but no estimated delivery date.

If you give our customer service team a call they will be able to check your order and give you an update on the delivery of your iPad Pro.

@Leanne_T Spoke with web sales team, there seems to be an glitch in the system which has stopped my order progressing. 

It has been passed on to a manager to fix and advised it may take 2-3days to sort out. 

 

I will update when I hear more.

@Leanne_T So a week has passed and no contact regarding my confirmed order from the 07 Nov. 

 

Contacted the Web Sales team yesterday for an update, very apologetic - they are still trying to resolve the issue. I have been given a free month, which is great but I really want some communication on when my order will for filled as it is to be a Christmas present. 

 

I am being very patient but it can only last so long!
