EE Tech Support (150) asked me to enter my Card Details and CVC over the phone
Why did they do so? Is it safe and secure? They said it was for a credit check when I was changing my mobile plan. We are told to never share our CVC (3 digits in the back of our card) with anyone over the phone.

Need to change email address and can’t access emails for forgotten password
A family member has changed her email address and can’t access the old address. To be able to change the email for the EE account she needs to change her forgotten password. Any ideas how to do this if she can’t access her emails? Thanks in advance.

Switch 2 delivery date says Out Of Stock?
Managed to grab a preorder for the Switch 2 this morning, when looking at the order confirmation it says the delivery date says out of stock. Just wondered if anyone else has noticed this and if it will affect getting the console on release date.
