Still processing!

I have been having a issue while processing I upgraded due to my gf not having a phone at the moment then everything seemed fine but once I ordered it more than 24hrs ago I have received nothing to say it’s on it’s way or anything I don’t know what’s happening.

I was for the newest Samsung.
