Hi
I arranged an upgrade yesterday through the retention team (I was looking at leaving and he managed to get me to stay) and expected my new phone today. Later in the day someone from the loyalty team rang me and told me I could have a discount as I’ve been a customer for years. She cancelled my original order but then her system went down so
couldn’t put through my order again. She said she’d get hold of me today to let me know what’s going on but I’ve heard nothing and was on hold on 150 for an age so gave up. Any help appreciated
