Still no order / update

Is anyone experiencing a delay in order shipments? I ordered a Samsung Galaxy watch on Wednesday morning, it was in stock and said it would be dispatched within a day but I haven’t had any email to say it’s been dispatched yet and the tracking code provided in the email comes up with an error message.

Snap - ordered mine a whole week ago now, still nothing.

That’s annoying - I tried ringing 150 but was on hold for too long. I expect I’ll be waiting a bit longer for mine then..

Managed to speak to someone and the order had not gone through or something, even though I had a confirmation.
