Hi there! I'm trying to buy a phone in contract with sim from EE; it's my first time as their customer. I've had a meeting in one of the stores and I was told that to move my number to EE I need to have their sim card, which I would get when I buy the phone. However, whenever I log in and try to choose phone to buy the website asks me to link my EE mobile or broadband. Obviously, I don't have any of those yet, as I'm just trying to get my first mobile from EE. Any idea how could I try purchasing the phone with the plan or maybe who I should contact to help me solve this problem?

Just don't log in (or do log out) before going to the EE Shop. You have no mobile no. on your a/c yet.
