Stac codes

Hi I have started a contract with EE a few months ago and was still in a contract with three.  My contract with three is up now and they have sent me a stac code. I do not want my number as I got a new one.  How do I pass this code on to EE.

Hi @Ebony2006 

 

There is an online form to submit PAC, but I would recommend calling EE C/S on 150 and giving the agent your STAC, to be sure it's accepted ok.
