Spend limit reached

Keeps telling me spend limits have been reached when I have no outstanding debts called ee multiple and they have not helped anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks for coming to the community. 

 

If you log in to My EE and then go to Manage My Device and Spend Caps, do you have a spend cap set up? if so, do you have the option to change your spend cap?

I have no spend cap as I removed it and the people on the phone keep telling there is no problem our end but still can’t make purchases ?
