You would have to ring customer service, as here there is no way of knowing stocks etc, but customer service will be able to take a look for you. It also depends how long the offer was available for, as special offers are usually available for a limited time.

Best to ring customer services - I myself ordered this phone and have just returned it after it had a faulty touchscreen. Now awaiting EE to process the return itself so I can upgrade to another.

 

Really great quality phone aside from me having the bad apple.
