Re: where is my new 5G sim?

I have been waiting for mine som over week already. Payment 15£ still pending. What is going on?

@Jozua84  You’ll not get a 5G sim if you’ve spent £15 as 5G isn’t available on PAYG. 

 You also might want to call customer services. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

SIM orders can take 2-5 working days to arrive and are delivered by Royal Mail. 

 

If this timescale has now passed, please give us a call and the team will get this looked into for you.

Well sorry 4g sim than deal was 15gfor 15£.
