Smart watch order

Hi 

I ordered a Samsung smart watch on March 29th online. Accordingly 7 days to arrive, still not heard anything.

Did you receive an email confirmation at the time of the order?

 

Was there an upfront cost to pay for your device? Do you know if that payment has been taken from your bank yet?

 

If you can let me know which Samsung Watch you ordered, including the size and colour and I will check the stock availability for you.

No upfront cost just £12 per month on my plan, on my plan.

Thanks for getting back to me,

 

The device is in stock so it shouldn't be too much longer for your wait.

 

You can use the online order tracker with your order number and email address to track your order.

 

DPD will also text you the day before your delivery is due out to let you know the details.

Hi 

I ordered a smart watch android on 29th March, accordingly is in stock but not heard anything yet. How long does delivery normally take? Email says it should be dispatched within 7 days. I've tried to track it but not working. Order number is xko279180283
