Hi @sjpage10
Thanks for coming to the community 🙂
What happens when you try and view the web pages? Do you get an error message?
Is the data SIM pay as you go or a pay monthly contract?
Thanks 🙂
Leanne.

Thanks for the reply
its PAYG can't tell what happens as the data SIMS is in a GPS tracker
i know that i can send the APN config to it
APN: everywhere
Username: eesecure
Password: secure
and get a TXT message response saying its been configured
though no data is transferred via the device GPRS is not accessing the sites
i do now that these sites are blocked by some ISP's as i have had to use a VPN at times to access them
though any other sim in the tracker works fine once the APN has been set

Would it make sense to put the PAYG SIM into a phone to test its functionality first, determine the correct settings, and then to place it back into the GPS tracker once everything is confirmed to work?
Contract SIM: Plan | Data | Usage | Check Status | Abroad | Chat | SMS | APN | PM
Wired: Check Speed | Test Socket | Faults | fast.com | speedtest.net

Hi @sjpage10.
Are you able to access these sites on another EE SIM card, maybe on a phone or tablet?
Have you used this device before on EE?
