Sim still isn’t activated

I activated my sim yesterday at 12 and still says no sim. What should I do?

What's the reason for this new SIM?

 

Is it an upgrade phone and your existing one doesn't fit?

 

Is it a replacement for a lost or stolen SIM?

I upgraded but did it a different way and wanted my number staying the same. It’s a different sim and went through the activation stage and still nothing. I’m so confused.

Can you explain what you mean by "did it a different way"?

 

If you can explain what you've done to get to this point, I'm sure we can advise on the best way to resolve your issues 🙂

Sorry I did upgrade. Ignore the last message. It’s still saying there’s no sim. I cancelled my sim only but still have my number. Xxx

What do you mean by "cancelled" your SIM only? I would take that to mean that you've given 30days cancellation notice, in which case once that has run, your number is disconnected - and would explain your current predicament.

 

Do you mean you have "upgraded" from a SIM-only plan, to a phone-plan and purchased a new phone as part of the process? If so, does your existing SIM fit in your new phone?
