S 21 PLUS

1. Hi, I upgraded from S7 Edge to S21 plus but have not received a charging plug! Just a cable that doesn't fit the plug I have, how am I supposed to charge it!!

@Rats110605  Samsung don’t include it now. You can use a wireless charger or your old charger but if you purchase the correct plug it’ll charge.   You need a usb-c plug.

Speak to Samsung they decided that everyone has enough plugs from old devices.

You need to purchase one there are plenty on Amazon

Or you can use wireless charging.

Hi, same here no plug no ear phones, it's like beggars belief we are paying for a new phone and we don't get the usual things.

You do know right you pay for a phone not the chargers. You call them usual because that's what you got used to.

But with the throw away society we have today means everyone has charging wires spare in the house.

What phone did you have before the S21?
