Sim problem

My sim is saying it's not registered on the network, was fine earlier?

Hi @Lisalisa74 and welcome to the community

 

Are you on PAYG or pay-monthly?

 

Have you tried restarting your phone?


Are there any network issues reported on the coverage & status checker , if you select "I have a problem" or "check network"?

On pay monthly an no problem with network, just my sim?

Thanks for coming to the community. 

 

Have you tried removing the SIM and restarting your phone once this is back in place? 

 

If so, do you have another phone you can try the SIM card in?

Hi yes have done all of this but no joy, they sending out a new sim.
