I recently contacted and spoke to a agent and upgraded to sim only for £25.00 which includes unlimited data,calls and text. I am now puzzled as to why on my account it’s showing as £40 per month???

Can you see any forms of discount within your My EE Account?
If you can't see anything, I'd recommend giving our Customer Care team a call so they can check your account.
