Does your boy have a contract EE phone as well? What type of watch and phone does he have?

Hello @Claire107. 

Have you followed these steps?

1. Open the SeTracker2 application.
2. Select a language (We recommend English)
3. Select "Register"
4. Registration Code: Scan QR code, or enter number.
5. Account: Enter username for App.
6. Nickname: Enter username on the watch eg. ...
7. Phone: Your phone number, if you forget password.
8. Password: Login code between 6 - 12 characters.
