Past two days I have had little to no internet at home, only one or two bars with difficulty going on the internet or using mobile apps. Tried restarting the phone, turning on airplane mode no change.
Checked the signal in my area and says there are no problems I and should have four bars.
Tried submitting a problem through the EE app three times and each time comes back with a problem!!
I have no WiFi therefore no internet having to tether off a friends phone.
What could be the problem? I’m paying for something I can’t use.

Apologies, but I'm not clear from your post whether you're talking about EE home broadband, or EE mobile.
Assuming you're talking about EE mobile, I'd recommend checking your location on the coverage and status checker here.
Enter your postcode, choose "I have a problem" and see if anything's reported. You can get updates on known issues on this site, as well as report suspected problems that aren't yet displayed.

EE mobile. I’ve done both of what you have suggested as per my original post. No problems in the area and there’s always a problem reporting it so unable to

What're the issues you're having using the "report a problem" tool?
The tool is here , not on the mobile app.

I have done it number of times and says it’s unable to submit the form everytime.

Are you able to try submitting this using a desktop or laptop PC?
