I got a sim card off you 2 weeks ago, worked for one day and then could not make or receive calls or messages. Called your customer service who after 30 minutes told me I had a faulty sim card. The solution was to send me a new sim card. When trying to register the new sim card it said I needed to get a pin code to my old sim card which obviously I cannot receive as I cannot get messages. It has been over 2 weeks and it is affecting my job having no phone. I have sent you a complaint message last week but you never replied and also I was referred to get this sim card and neither of us got the Amazon voucher you promised. Either give me a sim card that works or send me my money back, 2 weeks without a phone is not acceptable.
