Hi, I have had a sim card in my ipad for ages and its worked without issues. I have just bought a new ipad and put the sim card into it but its now not working. It shows that its an EE sim but when I try to get onto the internet it doesn't work.
Can anyone help?

@Moseley_R Is the sim only contract or PAYG ? If on PAYG when did you last use it as they go in to hibernation after 179 day of no use.
Also have you allowed the apps to use cellular data ?

Hi, its sim only contract and it has been used regularly in my old ipad so couldn't have gone into hibernation.
Its showing that an EE sim is inserted but wont connect to the internet when the wifi is turned off.

Hi,
It used to but I thought I'd better double check last night and it wasn't working in the old one either!
I suppose I need to get in touch with the Business Customer Service.

Oh, and the ipad was bought directly from Apple.
