Free Xbox with upgrade

Ordered my upgrade and received a couple weeks ago, it is supposed to come with free Xbox s, anyone knw how you go about claiming??

I got mine yesterday, you don't need to claim it I just got a text message from dpd and ee saying a parcel is being sent to me, I believe it's 14-30days after recieving your mobile
