Sim not activated after 24 hours

Hello,

 

I recently upgraded to an iPhone 12, got a new sim and followed the process to activate it. It's been over 24 hours and my sim still isn't active - any suggestions?

Rang up and I actually input the Sim serial no. wrong. All sorted now!

Is your old SIM still working? If it is, and it fits your new phone, just use that.

Unfortunately it's not, tried it in both my old and new phone, that's deactivated due to going through the process of activating this one.

I'm in the UK @James_B and I filled it out about 2pm yesterday.
