Hi my SIM card is not giving any service and I’m not able to receive txt or call

Are you in the UK and on PAYG? 

 

If so when did you last make a chargeable call or text? It maybe your SIM is in hibernation or now disconnected.

 

If not and you are on a pay monthly plan, where did you buy your handset and how long have you owned it?
