Sim cards taking too long

My sim card hasnt arrived yet and its taking longer than told it would take.

@28Gardener   Not knowing when you ordered it really doesn’t help.  But sims are sent out 2nd class Royal Mail. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

As @Chris_B has mentioned, SIM cards will be sent out in the post.

 

Hopefully it won't be too much longer for you.
