Sim card

Hi

 

I order a new sim back on 31/10/2020 but have not received it yet. I had a confirmation of the order 2/11/2020 by email. I need  a new sim to upgrade my existing sim to a nano size sim.  Please can you check that the sim is on its way, and let me know what has happened to my order?

@gj19   This is a public forum not customer services so no one here can check this but EE sims are 3 in 1 sims so your current sim might just need the part pushing out to become a nano sim.
