Ordered a sim card on the 12th Dec and still not received it, so called them today 23rd Dec and they have said they will send another one out today. I've just checked on my ee app that I will be charged for this sim card on the 26th even though its not been actived by me as waiting for the second one to arrive. Has this sim been actived by someone else?

@badgerico72 I very much doubt has been activated by anybody else what you need to remember is that the Royal mail have experienced issues at the moment so anything in the post is taking longer to get out via the Royal Mail.
