Sim card no longer works

Hi I have a contract sim is about a year and a half old and the sim has stopped working, its been intermittent for a few weeks but today finally stopped working, Usually pulling the sim out giving it a rub and or restarting the phone fixes it but doesnt help this time. Also factory reset the phone.

 

stores arent open for me to get an appointment and I cant call since the sim doesnt work

I got it, just hard to order a new sim couldnt find it on the site but googled it and it popped up https://myaccount.ee.co.uk/app/order-sim

That form isn't for faulty SIMs; only for new phones where old SIM doesn't fit.
