Hi all,
I have an s21 ultra through which I use an EE paym sim in slot 1 and another country sim in slot 2. EE is set as default for calls, texts and data. This was working fine without any issues. Suddenly after a few days I have started receiving this alert while restarting the phone: Sim 2 not allowed. And the sim in 2nd slot is not recognised anymore.
Note: The phone was purchased from Samsung directly. Upon calling Samsung they have asked me to reset all settings which I have done, but no luck. They mentioned that this could have probably been done by the network operator in 1st sim slot.
Thanks
Nanda

Hi @nandug23,
Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂
EE wouldn't be able to block your use of the second SIM slot. I'd recommend contacting Samsung for further support.

Hi @nandug23 ,
Are you able to successfully use the EE SIM in slot 2 and then add the other SIM into slot 1 afterwards?
