Show no caller id

Hi, I’m having some issues with my calls, all my calls are showing as “no caller ID” even numbers I have saved, only incoming calls show no caller id but when they text me then their name showing  what should i do now please help.

Your phone isn't synced with your Apple account. Make sue they are both synced.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

Call 150 and ask for a network refresh.  The caller id feature is missing and the refresh will add it back for you.
