Shop login issues

I have no issues login into my account but when I try to log into the store to try and add a Samsung watch to my account I am unable to login to the store

What happens when you log into your account and then go to My Store?

It says I need to log into my account which I do then it says unfortunately we are unable to log you in

Could you try doing it on a different device or browser please, @ali0809?

I’ve tried on both browsers on my phone and on my laptop and I’m having the same issue. I have no issue login into my eye account though just the shop

You should be able to log in, browse the shop and add anything that you're eligible for.

 

I'd recommend speaking to our technical support team so they can look into this for you.
