I recently changed my monthly plan to a pay as you go and I've been told I need to set up a new password. I am currently not able to call the customer services line so have been told to ask here if one could be set up for me.

Why you need to change your pwd for calling CS about the same EE mobile no. seems ridiculous.
Try calling CS on the Freephone no. in my sig. over Skype. It should be free.
