Set up password for new pay as you go SIM account

I recently changed my monthly plan to a pay as you go and I've been told I need to set up a new password. I am currently not able to call the customer services line so have been told to ask here if one could be set up for me.

Thanks very much in advance

@blabalottie  As it’s account related no one here can help with this as there is no access to customer accounts from here. Only customer services can help you with this

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Thanks Chris. Customer services told me to ask on here though?

Hi @blabalottie

Thanks for coming to the community.

Are you looking to change the password for your My EE account, or the password you use for calling us on 150?

Thanks 🙂

Leanne.

Hi Leanne 🙂

I need to set up a password for calling customer services.

Thanks very much

Hi @blabalottie,

Our Customer Care Team will be happy to set up your account password if you get in touch.

Thanks

James

Thanks James. I'm unable to call 150 at the moment because the SIM is not activated. So I unfortunately can't call customer services that's the issue, and I assume why they told me to ask on the EE community.

Hi @blabalottie,

To activate your SIM, just make a call or send a text.

Thanks

James

I'm not in the UK at the moment and won't be returning until September therefore I can't activate my SIM which is why I'm trying to do it through Customer Services.

My mum is in the UK and called for me and was told that I should ask the EE community to set me up a password so she could deal with it for me.

Thanks
