I ordered a Samsung watch as an add on to my account, but for my son's phone. When I made online order it said to call but I was unable to at the time, next thing I know I have an email to say its on its way. I have since read that it needs to be connected to my number - when I read on ordering it just said a compatible Samsung phone (which he has).
Is there a way I can get it connected to his number rather than mine? It says to call tech support but then its says do not call unless urgent. (its not really urgent at the moment)
Was hoping there was live chat but that's been disabled for now too.
Just looking for some advice, no rush to sort as long as it can be sorted

@mjjones2980 just to check is this the watch from the add to plan shop or one that is a 24 month contract?
and is your son on contract or PAYG ?

It was a 24 month contract
He is on an EE contract but its not linked to mine.

@mjjones2980 Your going to have to call customer services so it’s setup with his number but your paying for it via your account

Great, thanks for the help. I'll call them at some point soon, its really not urgent and he's not in too much of a hurry at the moment for it to work with data as he's not going anywhere. 😄
