Samsung Active2 Watch

Hi, I placed an order yesterday for a Samsung Active 2 smart watch. It's an add on to my current contract. I had the confirmation email with the code starting XKO. When using the code to track my order it says there is no current information on my order. It's also not been added to my app as an add on. Any help would be much appreciated

@Faye_b23   The XKO number is an order number not a tracking number. You’ll receive another number and it wall says it’s a tracking number. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
