Is their any update on the Samsung phones? I know there's a delay but I have been waiting since the 10th September. Its getting a bit ridiculous now to be fair. Having spoken to various agents from EE it's becoming apparent that there's no commutation still. Having seen other customers on here getting there phone within days of ordering. I am waiting for mine. Even after speaking to the complaints department I thought they'd be come clarity on delivery dates.
Clearly there's a breakdown in shipping these handsets but any help would be helpful as myself and many others have full time jobs that means we are not always at home to wait in for a delivery.
