I upgraded my phone on the 5th march in a we store for a pre order Samsung s20 ultra and have heard nothing at all since. My current phone battery is failing rapidly.
i know there is a pandemic going on but what’s annoying me is why haven’t I heard anything at all about my order

So the s20 ultra 512gb and black 128gb are gone from EE private website, however they still show available on the business site, about time they (EE) come clean about back orders.

I ordered mine towards end of March but days still awaiting delivery confirmation.

Forgot to say that had email saying it was winging it's way to me but as I said it just says awaiting delivery confirmation so has anyone had theirs or know when ?

@TR5i am still waiting for mine to arrive, seems like there is a huge delay in them reaching us! Sighs I pre-ordered it on 25th February and paid £50 for the early upgrade!!

By the time we get a 512 S20 Ultra through EE, the next Note will only be a few months away.
