I upgraded my phone on the 5th march in a we store for a pre order Samsung s20 ultra and have heard nothing at all since. My current phone battery is failing rapidly.

i know there is a pandemic going on but what’s annoying me is why haven’t I heard anything at all about my order

@Dave1458

As far as it says 6 to 8 days delivery not weeks.

Still waiting. To me downgrading is not an option as I need the internal storage.  Last chased a week ago when I was told literally that if I don't like their reply I should go to the Ombudsman Service.

To say I'm fed up with waiting and EE is a gross understatement.

@WynterB snap I'm with you on needing the extra memory, so guess I'm stuck waiting like you, it wouldn't be so bad downsizing of the external memory was as fast.

@Dave1458I have a 128gb s9+ at the moment with about 10gb free internally and an almost full 512gb card so it's not even just the slowness. Getting an even bigger card would be ridiculously pricey...

Don't your or @Dave1458 use Google Photos? It's free for unlimited high quality storage of photos and videos, which is good enough if you ain't a photographer.

The Original quality option is limited to your Google Drive storage size.

But that helped me a load, in reducing my storage usage.

Doesn't help me with my app habits or music library tho 😅

But every little helps.

SDcard storage will soon be pretty fast, if it's not for the Note 20, that'll cone for the following generation.

I too checked the prices, 1TB is still too expensive.
