Samsung s20 ultra order

I upgraded my phone on the 5th march in a we store for a pre order Samsung s20 ultra and have heard nothing at all since. My current phone battery is failing rapidly.

 

i know there is a pandemic going on but what’s annoying me is why haven’t I heard anything at all about my order

even more annoyed now seeing people who ordered February getting deliveries, I probably would have been getting mine if an EE system error didn't cancel my order 😞 and EE failing to even let me know it had happened  😞

Dude that seriously sucks @sinestah. I hope they’re giving you something in compensation for the failure!

 

I just received a bunch of update text messages from EE to say they’re setting up my 5g smart plan and my add ons are now active so I guess that means my phone is coming very soon. Still no updates on the order page or any emails and my phone won’t be coming to me from DPD as it’s going to the store so I have to wait to hear from the store now.

Your order must be on the way to the store, I've just had a text saying they've added on my data boost etc which comes around 2 hours after DPD confirmed they'll be delivering.

Just had the same messages come through too after receiving the messages from dpd

Just posting to ask if anyone has heard of problems with EE receiving stock of the S20 Ultra. I placed my order on the 13th March and it's still just showing as order received. Any help would be appreciated

I pre ordered the 128gb in Grey on the 24th on the website and today I got a notification from DPD about choosing a 1 hour time slot for tomorrow.

Not had any notification from EE themselves, although my EE data allowance etc has changed to that of my new 5g plan. 

Hoping it arrives without any hicups🤞

phoned 150 to enquire and was told there are no phones going out tomorrow as there are no stock :S and if there was they would have enough to cover all pre-orders , Tesco mobile it is I think for a Saturday delivery

It a complete waste of time phoning them,they will just lie to you..I have it in print stating delivery 13 th march and still not been delivered,I dont believe a word they say anymore...I'm giving them till Wednesday to either delivery my phone or a delivery date if I ain't got either when I get home from work calling to cancel....There his no phone worth all this hassle

Given the current situation in the world, manufacturing will be almost zero in South Korea, let alone shipping goods around the world. 

 

I'm sure EE will be trying to obtain handsets to satisfy orders, but in reality this isn't going to be any time soon.
