Samsung s20 ultra order

I upgraded my phone on the 5th march in a we store for a pre order Samsung s20 ultra and have heard nothing at all since. My current phone battery is failing rapidly.

i know there is a pandemic going on but what’s annoying me is why haven’t I heard anything at all about my order

I guess that's something!  🙂  I'm still 'awaiting confirmation'. 

Btw does anyone have this odd thing where they can't look at their current tariff? Mine just says not available at this time.

Mine says  same  and you cant see your tariff whilst they are processing a upgrade..Another work mate walked into work with a shiny new ultra ordered Saturday delivered yesterday from a different provider....clearly other providers are not having same stock issues as ee

I should have thought better when the pro max come out they sent my partner on a additional line a ipad pro lol then they cancelled direct debits because there thought when see big bill for the ipad phoned and asked why dmsaid processing it through to make sure all fine then went to re order said not received ipad back! Lol and credit has now dropped to no additional line because of cancelling dd they did I never then it appears 2 months later no apologies just smashed credit bad company now expect nothing more Sent from my Samsung Galaxy smartphone.

HI all, news from a good source for people who made orders before 10th March , orders will be dispatched form the 20th this Friday ,or collection in stores by the 21st Saturday  February orders will be dispatched first then all other orders will be dispatched by 31st March .most orders made after the 10th March will get then in April sometime.

don’t worry people your phone will be with you and me soon, as I ordered mind on the 5th March so am in the same boat . But I know the phones worth waiting for because switching to an iPhone pro max is like taking two steps backwards , no thanks .

Iam getting my 20 plus originaly I ordered the ultra but I canciled ittheres no huge difference between them seeing the reviews on line the camera us better on the plus. And saving money. Cant wait for tomorrow's  🙂

Rumours are about stating we will be on lockdown as of Friday. So we won't get them anytime soon if that's true. Hopefully its lies although I do know the army have been mobilising but that's apparently to stop riots that might happen.
