Samsung s20 ultra order

I upgraded my phone on the 5th march in a we store for a pre order Samsung s20 ultra and have heard nothing at all since. My current phone battery is failing rapidly.

i know there is a pandemic going on but what’s annoying me is why haven’t I heard anything at all about my order

@Mo-Trax   All EE stores are closed and DPD are no longer delivering to stores or pickup points.

So if EE are being sensible, they should be switching everybody's order to the customers home address automatically.

Im sorry to hear about that mate that sucks! Almost worse than ot not being delivered. Im sure they will sort it out!

What model did you get and when did you order?

I'm not sure how much use DPD can be but EE keep saying to call them for updates and advised me to phone them to change my phone number on the order, so maybe they can change delivery address too? 

I'm patiently waiting for an email to say my exchange will be done soon. I'm thinking it'll be a Friday delivery again 🤷‍♀️

I called EE 2 days ago to redirect the delivery to my home address as I'd originally put my work address which is now closed due to the virus outbreak.

If EE changes your delivery address they said it will put you to the back of the queue for receiving the device. I ordered on Feb 28th so I'm not doing that!

The advice was to wait for DPD to message you saying your delivery is due tomorrow and to call EE at that point so they can change the address with DPD

When you get the message from dpd, you can choose delivery options and change the address on the app

You can add second address on dpd or nearest shopSent from my Samsung Galaxy smartphone.

That's good to know as I do use DPD app to track my deliverys especially from Amazon 🙂 hopefully we will know when they be delivered 🤞

I'm expecting home delivery but at short notice I had to move to a temp house cuz mine is being (🤞🏽) refurbished, think I'll leave changing the address till the last moment or just go to the old address, don't want anything cocking up the process 🤣

You cannot get any package sent to your nearest shop, even if that shop is open. DPD have stopped that for the moment due to the covid-19 outbreak.

Yes I totally understand that, hence why I want to change the address when I get notified so I can get the long awaited phone! 🤞🤞
