Samsung s20 ultra order

I upgraded my phone on the 5th march in a we store for a pre order Samsung s20 ultra and have heard nothing at all since. My current phone battery is failing rapidly.

 

i know there is a pandemic going on but what’s annoying me is why haven’t I heard anything at all about my order

The 13th is the official release date, but subject to demand/stock may be longer. Those who pre ordered (subject to stock) would have received their handsets yesterday.

Great thanks

  Just so frustrating i completely understand about the coronavirus issue and if the phones delayed that's ok.  Its all the lies and different stories

Status has changed back to awaiting confirmation 

My order now says 24th to 31st when I was expecting it today also not happy at all

Did anyone get a text with a tracking number from DPD on it, or are we all in the same boat?

Yeah, coronavirus should not be an issue. Most of Samsungs phones are made in Vietnam not China.

 

Exactly in the same boat, had all the usual emails and messages saying 10th March and the expected delivery date has changed from 10th March to awaiting confirmation.

 

EE do this every year! Service is truly terrible. Communication is non existent with its customers.

If they lied to me yet again then at 8am I'm canceling my contract USA had theres delivered on the 6th and I'm not now waiting till the 31st what's the point in a preorder if you dont get it on day 1
