Samsung s 10

Hi my samsung s10 stopped working. The touch screen doesn't respond. I can't switch it off because I can't press anything unless the phone runs out of battery. The devices is 10 months old and should still be on warranty.

Have you tried a factory reset on the Samsung? 

Please back up all your data before trying this if you can 🙂
