I purchased the samsung active watch 2 LTE and it is unable to connect to 4g?
Can someone please advise how to get this resolved ?

@Kelsbels Have you setup the contract for the device via the wear app ?

Yes I have and it says cant connect to ee and to make sure I have the correct sim in my phone

@Kelsbels So you paired the watch to your contract Samsung phone and you are now having issues setting up the contract for the watch on the watch? Is that correct? And just to ask where did you get the watch from ?

Yes that's correct it will only work over bluetooth not 4g
