Setting up Multi Sim - just swapped over to EE

Guys, hopefully you can help

 

Just received my new EE multi SIM

My EE set up and can see both SIM numbers and accounts on here.

 

How do I set up my iPhone 11 to see both sims

 

I did not receive a QR code with my package that hit the doormat.

@Nige_Smith   You need to request a QR code so you can use the eSim in the device for one of the numbers. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Yes just found that out from tech support phone call.

 

Just wonder why they do not send them out when they sold me two accounts over the phone.  I specifically told Customer services both accounts going on the same phone one being an esim.

 

Or did I expect a little too much 🙂

I believe it is on its way.  However, it has had a knock on. in that I have ported over my work phone number to an esim that I cannot access currently.

 

You can't make it up 🙂
