I have pre ordered the fold z and had conflicting information from EE, such as the 18,21 September and we have no date so no one should be giving out a date is what I have been told.
Do we have a confirmed ee release date as to when I will get my product

Just spoke to someone from sales online. Decided to check the order tracking while waiting for him to get back to me, and noticed my order was canceled, the rep came back and claimed my order was stuck in "open sales" , and he would fix it.
Told me they are Still waiting on stock.
When I asked about the order being canceled he confirmed it was him and that he'd re placed the order, he canceled the order before even mentioning anything to me...
After I then mentioned that meant I payed the pre-order deposit for no reason, since according to him it wasn't ordered, he ended the chat.
So guess I'm back at the end of the waiting list now.
A phone is not worth this much bother. I'm giving them a few days at most to either say something officially, or send the phone before I cancel completely.
Getting ridiculous now.
Don't even care for the phone anymore, killed all my excitement.

Hi People apologies I've been out today.
Could everyone who has any saved transcripts or quotes from EE staff about the orders (the broken promises, or misleading information). e mail me; xxxxxxx@xxxxxxxx (just in case this post is flagged) Also if anyone wants a copy of my chat transcript im happy to send. just msg or e mail.
There is now a third escalation on my case for a different issue that the person I contacted is investigating. Im collecting them like Pokemon.
Had a gem of a BS quote from staff at EE branch about the Z Fold 2 orders:
"EE has to get over 100 pre orders for the device before they even request stock. So far on the system there are only 5."
O2 said it would take around 2-3 days from order date. Couldn't get in touch with Vodafone.
Samsung store had units in and a demo unit to try out. If there is a store nearby and you want to see one in action best place.

Which Samsung store did you go to that had them in stock? I've placed an order with O2 and I'm still trying to get my EE order reinstated. Whichever on comes first gets my business. Pretty appalled by EE so far though.

@ziggymon hi mate, just sent you 3 different conversations ive had with them on 3 separate emails (apologies, couldn't send them all in one email).

@martinegtk Hi it was the Manchester store Samsung I was passing by today. The sales person was confused as to why EE customers didn't have them yet.
@mashraf86 Hi I got the emails thank you. Seems to be a similar difficult evasive responses from the chat teams. The information has been really useful.
Im going to put these together with what ive found into a document together with information.
I would like to request if anyone has a delivery code from DPD could they state the area they live at all to me via email please?
Also if anyone has any conversations stating delivery would be by Wednesday to send them over also if you could.

So when I was confirming my order on last Thursday guy on the phone told me that my order will be with me on Friday or MAX on Saturday if there will be a delay. Now it's Monday 6am and I still can't see any notification about sending it. I was patient up to now and was only reading this topic. This isn't a week after release order, but pre-order which should be 100% covered by making sure that they are getting enough devices to cover all orders and send them at appropriate time. I am starting to think that they just threw this pre order on site without having any conversation with Samsung about it. I'll call support today because my tracker only shows that my order is confirmed and nothing else

My order status changed last night to Good news your order is coming soon.

I suggest we all raise our concerns and experiences on Twitter and include the EE account in the message. That way it reaches a much wider audience and they are more likely to respond to resolve this issue
