I have pre ordered the fold z and had conflicting information from EE, such as the 18,21 September and we have no date so no one should be giving out a date is what I have been told.
Do we have a confirmed ee release date as to when I will get my product

Hi Everyone,
Just spoken to Billing, as they are more helpful than speaking directly to upgrades/sales.
The advisor checked with Upgrades and the advisor in upgrades confirmed they do have stock, and that I will definitely receive my phone on Monday, as its on next day.
I asked the advisor 3 times to clarify and it was confirmed everytime that upgrades say they do have stock.
I did try and get the advisor to clarify if it was both colours ( I ordered Mystic Bronze), however the advisor only confirmed they had been told they do have stock.
I will now wait and see if I receive the txt from DPD, and more importantly the phone 🤔

Hey guys I just got a DPD text scheduling delivery for Monday
I feel upset at the lack of communication, but at the same time I pre-ordered this as an early upgrade and the website quoted a fee of £300. However, when my order and contract details was confirmed all I had to pay was the upfront cost- I think they completely waived my early upgrade fee as there's no trace if it anywhere.
So I have mixed feelingsor EE right now personally!

when I spoke to them on launch day to order my upgrade they tried to charge me £300 fee too and took 45 mins of arguing on the phone and sending a screen shot to show it says it should only be £100 through online upgrade... eventually they agreed and "only" charged £100 on top of the up front fee...
I will be phoning to complain again as pre-ordering on the day it went live on EE "should" have guaranteed I was one of the first to get it as I was with the original fold - that and no communication and the fact that all Samsung direct orders have now been given a £50 voucher and ear buds as compensation for the delays gives plenty for EE to answer to.
